Halfway through the walk, we paused for something truly local: a Praline tasting at Pralus, the city’s iconic chocolatier. Known for its signature praline brioche - a Lyonnais classic - Pralus has been delighting locals and visitors alike for generations. We savoured this rich, almond-infused specialty while enjoying a moment of shared pleasure with peers.

Inside Look at Palais de la Bourse

Continuing the tour saw a visit to the Palais de la Bourse with members of the venue’s sales team. This historic building - once the seat of Lyon’s Chamber of Commerce - blends impressive architecture with centuries of business heritage.
